Movement & Change
The “inspiration” of the training. Realizing the need for deeper exploration into the vital aspect of breath is where this training found its way. The Air (Wind) module focuses on the power and transformational potential of the breath. There is a magic that lies in harnessing the breath for enhanced well-being and spiritual growth. Participants will learn not only principles and methods of yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) but also explore various other approaches to integrate breathwork into their teaching.
